The binary links about 216 crates from crates.io, all under permissive licenses
(MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD-2-Clause, BSD-3-Clause, Zlib, Unlicense, Unicode-3.0, or
dual combinations of these). `deny.toml` holds the allowed set and CI fails on
anything outside it. For the exact list and versions of a given build:

    cargo tree --format "{p} {l}"
